BONJOUR

What is Epiphany?

Bakery Renovations in January

WE WILL BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED JAN 21 - FEB 3
It’s time for some minor renovations at Le Panier. We will be temporarily closed for a couple of weeks in January for some renovations. Our goal is to re-open with the same spirit of bakery life that we’ve all enjoyed for over 40 years. We can’t wait to welcome you back in.

In the meantime, head to our Pop-up! We’ll be at 415 Westlake, with new pastry, some classic croissants Jan 22 - Jan 25 and Jan 28 - Feb 1.

See you at the Pop-up!

While our Pike Place location is temporarily closed for renovation, we hope to see you at our Very French Pop-up.

OUR HOURS
EVERY DAY 7AM - 5PM*

Temporarily closed Jan 21 - Feb 3.
But we hope to see you at our
Pop-up!

We enjoy good food.
So we set out to make just that.

We are bakers, baristas and people who strive to make something simply delightful. It's what brings people together.

We are mindful of our French foundation.

The oldest of traditional recipes, classic techniques and pure flavors are the base of all we do. Our intent is to bring the tastes of France to Seattle for all to share.

And we invite you to join us - anytime.

Rain or shine, our doors are open to share the aromas of fresh baked goods. Come and enjoy a croissant or two with friends, family, or visitors and take in the life of Pike Place Market.

It all began in 1983...

Kristi Drake and Thierry Mougin, co-owners of Le Panier, were on hand on opening day.

Kristi and her staff in front create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, greeting regular customers with their favorites, and inviting them to try something new that the bakers have dreamed up.

Thierry is a French-trained baker and pastry chef from Normandie. He and his team of bakers have developed a selection of products that bring together French baking techniques and local, seasonal ingredients.
