So we set out to make just that.
We are bakers, baristas and people who strive to make something simply delightful. It's what brings people together.
We are mindful of our French foundation.
The oldest of traditional recipes, classic techniques and pure flavors are the base of all we do. Our intent is to bring the tastes of France to Seattle for all to share.

Rain or shine, our doors are open to share the aromas of fresh baked goods. Come and enjoy a croissant or two with friends, family, or visitors and take in the life of Pike Place Market.
Our team
Kristi Drake and Christian Verbrugghe were there on opening day. Kristi was out front with customers and Christian was one of those original 7 bakers.
Our retail team is lead by Kate who lives and breathes hospitality. Our bakers are lead by Victoria whose background includes pastry production at the esteemed Pierre Hermé in Paris.
