We are currently taking orders with at least a day’s notice. For same day orders, we are happy to serve you at the bakery.
For larger orders, we request at least 48 hours notice.

A note on product availability
The daily baking schedule plays a factor when it comes to the products we have available at any given time. Our cases are typically fully stocked by 10 AM. Feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions.
Baking Schedule
Special Orders are the best way to ensure your bag is full of just the right things. As you’re planning a pick-up time, here’s what we aim for each day.
7 AM Croissant and Coffee available all day
White bread like Baguettes, Demi, Parisien, Ficelle
8 AM Tartes are glazed
9 AM Campagne and Paysan are out of the oven
Sandwiches are ready
Éclairs and some other patisseries are complete
10 AM Napoléon are decorated and ready
