Thierry and Kristi were there that June day long ago. It is like it was yesterday.
As we take time to look back, our hearts are filled with such gratitude for all our customers who have come here year after year to enjoy our bakery treats.
Then of course, we remember with such fondness all the bakers and baristas who have worked hard as a part of Le Panier. It is each of these people who have given us the spirit we still hold dear today. It is a spirit of comradery, friendship and a love of good food.
