Touring the Bread Lab

The Bread Lab is focused on the research, development and breeding of thousands of grains in the Skagit Valley. They think full circle from farming to everyday use. They select grains for flavor, nutrition, and distinctive characteristics and test them in their own kitchen. Because these grains can be used for craft baking, cooking, malting, brewing, and distilling, they dive into the unique characteristics and identify each ones suitable use.
