Perhaps butter is the key to Bakery Life

In case you are curious, these pounds of butter are resting on fine powdered sugar. With a bit of time there will soon be delicate sablé dough all mixed and waiting for the addition of chocolate pieces or hazelnuts or perhaps both. The same butter is part of brioche dough, pastry cream, almond cream, croissant dough, friand… and our list goes on.

Butter may be the key to bakery life when it comes to the taste of our bakery treats but the true key is the people who are bakers, baristas, supervisors, managers and of course our customers. With the baker’s skills and craftsmanship we can all enjoy the comfort and delight of good food.
