As makers, you can imagine how we miss our bakery days during COVID-19. Soon we will be re-opening our bakery doors and will welcome you. We’ve missed you.
We are so looking forward to again making our traditional viennoiseries and patisseries with the seemingly mysterious methods of French baking with fresh butter. We’ve also missed the companionship of one another as we make them together.
