These French classics are available to order. We just ask for 72 hours notice & you can swing by to pick up these delightful treats.

The French Classics

The Ispahan and its flavors of raspberry, rose & lychee are for the jovial celebrations. It’s a cheery dessert that is sure to bring smiles as your guests try this combination of flavors.

The St. Honoré with its caramelized sugar choux and pastry cream - it’s deceivingly simple. Delightful for a birthday or holiday gathering, its a crowd pleaser in its classic flavors.

The Paris-Brest is much more elegantly complex than it looks. The hazelnut praline and piped hazelnut mousseline cream have a beautiful blend of flavor and texture. Hazelnut just sings. It makes a delightful centerpiece for dinner at home with friends & family or a small wedding.

Dessert in every size

The beauty of these desserts is not only their flavors but the variation in sizes. If you’re hosting a small group you can choose between individual desserts for everyone or a 6” pâtisserie for the evening.

Larger gatherings you could select one of each 9” desserts to give your guests a variety! Or even a selection of individuals. They are divine lined up on the table ready to eat.
