Toast Party for Breakfast

A Toast Party Breakfast for 4-6

Serving a small group of family & friends should be simple and fun! For us, a selection of toast served with coffee, eggs and fruit is a festive way to start the day.

This menu revolves around the French classic Pain de Noël. It’s a brioche loaf laden with candied orange peel and cranberries, almonds, golden raisins and walnuts. Toasted with a bit of butter and served with a confiture d’apricot or framboise - it’s the star of the table. For those who enjoy a buttery brioche without nuts perhaps add our Nantaise to the toast selection.

FROM LE PANIER

  • 1 Pain de Noël

  • 1 Jar of Confiture d’Abricot (apricot jam) or Framboise (raspberry)

  • 1 Nantaise

SERVE WITH

  • Coffee / Tea

  • Fresh Fruit

  • Eggs scrambled with fresh kale, herbs and a touch of garlic

SERVING THE TOAST

  • If possible, pick-up your goodies the day you plan to serve. Give us a call to place a special order. If that’s not possible, you can pick-up the day before and store them in an air tight container.

  • Toast the slices as you serve, warm toast is key!

  • Pain de Noël will last 5 days and Nantaise will last 3 days sealed in their bag.

    • If you want to preserve them longer, you can freeze them. Simply slice and store in an air tight container. Slicing before freezing makes it just a touch easier! We recommend eating them within a week of freezing.

ADDING A TOUCH OF CHARM

  • A little butter garnish adds some fun! You can pre-slice the butter into fun shapes and garnish with greenery and a touch of salt.

  • Serving jam in their own little bowls with spoons can make it feel like you’re enjoying a French hotel breakfast!

  • Coffee can be as simple or as complicated as you’d like it to be. Nothing beats a simple French Press or Chemex.
