Éclair Olympique

As we celebrate the world coming together for the 2024 Paris Olympics, we thought we’d bring a little something special to our cases for the big events!

Introducing, Éclair Olympique. Our baker’s created this choux pastry filled with a slightly tart raspberry coulis and fresh pastry cream. It’s topped with white chocolate ganache, raspberries and edible borage flowers. Available only during the 2024 Olympic Games.
