Choux Sportif for the Club World Cup

When Paris Saint Germain comes to play our very own Seattle Sounders, we make pâtisserie. Our baker’s developed two products just for the weekend Paris came to town. A competition in itself to see which flavor won out, we created one for each team.

Our Choux Sportif Sounders combines pistachio mousseline cream with a caramelized pistachio core, topped with an edible borage flower.

Our Choux Sportif PSG brings vanilla mousseline cream with a mixed berry core and topped with a raspberry.
